Each full-time employee is eligible for the following benefits 30 days from the date of hire.
Life Insurance Reliance Standard Life
- Group Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance – $15,000.00
- Additional Life Insurance coverage is available to the employee, spouse and dependent
- Additional Life Insurance is payable through payroll deduction, and monthly premiums are determined by individual age per additional $10,000.00
Long-Term Disability Insurance UNUM
Long-Term Disability Insurance is payable through payroll deduction and is currently $0.25 per $100.00 of employee's monthly salary which includes bonuses and commission.
