Help Desk Technician
- Minimum 1 to 3 years help desk experience.
- Experience answering technical calls from clients and internal staff and providing
- Ability to research and determine an appropriate resolution or route the problem to the appropriate department.
- Working knowledge of UNIX, NT, or LAN required.
- At least one of the following is preferred: MCSE, CNE, UNIX System
Administration, or Database Technology.
- Experience with CA technology is a plus.
- This position entails occasional travel to company meetings, training seminars, and/or customer sites.
- Associates degree, Bachelors preferred, in Computer Science, Management
Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
