Help Desk Technician

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years help desk experience.
  • Experience answering technical calls from clients and internal staff and providing technical assistance.
  • Ability to research and determine an appropriate resolution or route the problem to the appropriate department.
  • Working knowledge of UNIX, NT, or LAN required.
  • At least one of the following is preferred: MCSE, CNE, UNIX System Administration, or Database Technology.
  • Experience with CA technology is a plus.
  • This position entails occasional travel to company meetings, training seminars, and/or customer sites.
  • Associates degree, Bachelors preferred, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
