INTEGRATED CONCEPTS AGREES TO IMPLEMENT PROPHECY INTERNATIONAL'S BACK OFFICE SOLUTION

Australian Company's Business Management and Reporting Software Being Integrated with ICI's Front Office Functions for Complete E-Commerce Offering

DALLAS, Jul 29, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) - Integrated Concepts, Inc. (ICI), a computer systems integration and software company from Dallas, Texas (WWW.INTEGRATEDCONCEPTS.COM), today announced it has partnered with Prophecy International (WWW.PROPHECYOPEN.COM) of Adelaide, South Australia.

ICI will use "Prophecy Open" enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and Prophecy Open Object Framework as the back office component in ICI's newly launched "Managed Electronic Commerce" product offering. The ICI corporate office resource planning functions, called "eCORP," and its back office functions, called "eBoss," are integrated with its front office functions, called "ePOSS" (electronic point-of-sale) and "eCOMM" (electronic commerce/Web site development and management), to form a complete e-Commerce solution. The first implementation of "eCORP" is being utilized by Liquid Golf.com, a Web site targeted to golf enthusiasts. Integrated Concepts is a Dallas-based systems integrator and software developer.

Prophecy Open Object Framework is a rapid application assembly environment that provides developers with the tools they need to develop high quality object-oriented applications in minimum time. Prophecy Open is the core product of Prophecy International, a worldwide marketer of ERP software focusing on the middle tier (revenues of $50-500 Million) and large enterprise markets. The company has over 800 customer installations around the world.

Prophecy Open is the fourth generation of financial applications from Prophecy International. It is assembled from the Prophecy Object Framework and associated repositories. Prophecy Open is used by the U.S. Coast Guard to manage ALMIS, its consolidated logistics management system for all Coast Guard aircraft. Information Engineering LLP develops applications for the insurance industry using Prophecy software.

The two companies share similar distributed object software development methodologies. This creates a synergistic development environment and makes the integration of the companies' respective software products seamless and stable.
